Our Story

Our Vision

In July 2014, our dad Anthony Gagliardi was diagnosed with colon cancer and needed surgery. During his recovery, he contracted Clostridioides Difficile (C-DIFF) — a bacterium that can be life-threatening. On September 2, 2014, he lost his life to it.

Our family created this foundation to fund research toward treatments and, eventually, a cure — so his story leads to something meaningful.
