Donations, golf tournament registration, and sponsorship inquiries are handled through third-party platforms — CyberGolf and JotForm — that this website links to or embeds. We do not directly collect or store the contact or payment information you submit through those forms; it's received and stored by CyberGolf or JotForm directly, governed by their own privacy policies.

Information that does live on this website is limited to what our staff publish for display: board member names, titles, and bios (Our Team page), and golf tournament tee time pairings.

Information published on this site is used to:

• Introduce our board and volunteers (Our Team page)
• Publish tee time pairings for the golf tournament
• Maintain records required of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

Donations and tournament registration payments are processed through CyberGolf, a third-party golf event and e-commerce platform. We do not process, receive, or store your payment information on this website — CyberGolf's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

The sponsorship inquiry form on this site is provided by JotForm. Information you submit through that form is received and stored by JotForm directly, governed by their own privacy policy, and shared with our staff so we can follow up with you.

Board bios and tournament pairing information are stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider. We take reasonable measures to protect this information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information you submit to CyberGolf or JotForm is shared with our staff solely to process your donation, registration, or sponsorship inquiry, or as required by law.

This website itself sets one cookie: a session cookie used only when foundation staff log into the admin area, so they stay logged in between visits. It's not used for tracking or advertising, and it's never set for a visitor who isn't logging in as an admin. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

The embedded JotForm sponsorship form runs on JotForm's own domain within this page and may set its own cookies, governed by JotForm's privacy policy rather than ours. The same applies once you leave this site for CyberGolf to register or donate.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
